Return Policy: 
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction on products you purchase from us. If you would like to return a product for exchange or refund, please follow the procedure outlined below.

There is a 30 day return period on all unopened products, subject to the following conditions: Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any unopened product. Returns received without a RMA number will be refused or destroyed. No refund will be provided for returns received without a RMA number. Return shipment of unopened products must be received within 30 days of the date your order was released for shipment to you. Products must be factory sealed to receive a refund. Opened products cannot be returned unless defective. Products sent via USPS Global Priority Letter or FedEx International Priority (no cover & no case) are ineligible for a refund. Store credit will be provided for all authorized returns, unless customer requests the refund to be credited back to the original card used to purchase the item. This request must be made at the time the customer obtains the RMA number for the return. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not pay for postage on returns. Domestic customers are responsible for all shipping charges if order is refused or is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address or delivery failure because customer cannot be reached through the shipping phone number they provided. Original shipping charge and return shipping charge will be deducted from refund. All returns of unopened products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Policy For Returning Defective Products
 There is a 30 day return period on all defective products, subject to the following conditions: Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any defective product. Returns received without a RMA number will be refused or destroyed. No replacement or refund will be provided for returns received without a RMA number. If product was damaged during shipment and insurance was purchased, customer must notify us of the damage within 5 days of receiving the product. Failure to notify us within the required time period will void any insurance coverage on the insured shipment. If product was damaged during shipment and no insurance was purchased, customer should contact the Post Office (USPS) to file a claim. We do not replace or accept returns for damaged items caused during shipment without insurance coverage. Return shipment of defective products must be received within 30 days of the date your order was released for shipment to you. Returns will not be processed until the defective product is returned to our facilities for testing. Opened products cannot be returned unless due to a manufacturer defect. Due to the personal nature of novelty products, non-defective novelty products may not be returned for any reason. All defects will be tested and verified before a replacement is issued. Defective products will be replaced with the SAME product only. No refunds or credits will be issued. If no manufacturer defect is found, no replacement will be provided for the return. The returned item will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. We do not pay shipping charges to return non-defective products that were sent to our facilities. Please test for compatibility issues (e.g. DVD Player) to make sure the product is defective before returning it to our facilities for testing. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not pay for postage on returns. We do not pay for postage to return non-defective returns. Procedure The following procedures must be followed or your return cannot be accepted. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When requesting a RMA number, please include the original order number, a description of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If you are returning a defective product, please include a description of the defect and detailed instructions on reproducing the manufacturer defect. We will send you an e-mail with the RMA number and the return shipping instructions. All product returns must be securely packaged in a box. All of the original packaging (case, booklets, bonus discs, etc.) must be included. Clearly write the RMA number on the return package for faster processing. Include the original packing slip that was sent with the product. We recommend using an insured shipping method via the carrier of your choice to protect against possible loss or damage of your returned product. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. If a package is returned to our facility without reason, the package will be refused, destroyed, or we may contact you via telephone to resolve the issue. If customers return products that they did not purchase from us, we assume no responsibility for those products and they will not be returned under any circumstances.
